Slub Yarn Attachment

The strength of our ULTRAspin is in motion controller with direct drive system without belt and chain for transmission of speed. We are the only manufacturer using this motion controller which is normally used in Ultra precision CNC machines, robotics, and in sophisticated electronics parts assembling.

With the combination of motion controller and servo motor with drive, our ULTRAspin could achieve very high synchronization control between front and bottom rollers which is at heart of any slub making machine and this will also aids to measure length of slub very precisely

ULTRAspin drafting system has separate drive for middle and back bottom rollers and the delivery roller is driven separately by another servo controlled motor. The independently driven bottom rollers of the drafting system thus varies the surface speed according to the pre-programmed data and the result is our target slub yarn with cent percent set parameters.

Multi count - A multi count yarn is a fancy yarn having a different yarn count with various length. The multi count yarn length varies between 10 to 50 cm. This is achieved by changing the yarn diameter (mass) by applying different draft with corresponding variable front roller speed related to different yarn count. The twist for corresponding yarn count will change but the twist multiplier will be kept constant for different yarn count.

Multi twist - A multi twist yarn is a fancy yarn having a no change in mass. Draft is kept constant and with different twist multiplier and the yarn twist varies. The multi twist yarn length varies between 10 to 50 cm. Small or large twist changes in the yarn will affect the dyeing properties and this produces the dark and light shades in denim fabrics.

Multi effect - Multi-effect yarn is a slub yarn with multi-count and multi twist in yarn. This is achieved by variable twist factor combined with variable yarn diameter.

To produce multi effect in yarn the front and back rollers should change their surface speed continuously and also simultaneously in corresponding with each other to achieve variable draft and twist. The ULTRAspin uses coordinating system of motion controller for this purpose.

DIGITAL RING FRAME

In our digital ring frame built by highly advanced drafting system. Our machine produce Cotton yarn Synthetic yarn and count range from 6’s Ne to 200’s Ne and also able to produce specialty yarn like Slub yarn , Lycra yarn , Negative Slub Yarn , Slub Over Slub yarn, Injection Slub yarn , Multi count yarn, Multi Twist yarn , Multi count with Slub yarn , Multi twist with slub yarn, Multi count with Multi twist yarn , Multi Effect yarn.

All three rollers in Drafting system is individually driven by planetary gear box with servo motor. All three drafting rollers are highly synchronized and controlled by State of art advanced motion controller. Ring Rail motion is controlled by separate servo motor with direct drive system without belt to achieve accurate shape of cop. Spindle is driven by ac induction motor and its speed is controlled variable frequency drive in speed range from 1000 Rpm to 22000 Rpm
